Return Policy

When a consumer buys a product, they have the option to return the order within 30 days without giving any reason. The cancellation period starts the day after the consumer or the representative previously designated by the consumer and the company has received the product.

During the withdrawal period, the consumer must handle the product and its packaging with care. The consumer may only unpack or use the product to the extent necessary to decide whether to keep the product. If the consumer exercises his right of withdrawal, he must return the product with all its accessories and, as far as reasonably possible, in its original condition and packaging to the trader, according to the reasonable and clear instructions given by the trader.

If the consumer wants to exercise their right of return, they must inform the company within 30 days of receiving the product. The consumer must do this in writing or by email. Once the consumer has notified that he/she wants to exercise his/her right of withdrawal, he/she must return the product within 30 days. The consumer must prove that he/she has returned the delivered product in time, for example by means of a postal receipt with a tracking number.

You have received the wrong item

We are all human, right? Even if I double-check everything, it is possible that I have sent you the wrong item. If this applies to you, please send a photo of the incorrect item to info@turner-shoes.com and I will check it for you and help you further.

You have received a damaged/defective item

Although quality is my top priority, it may happen that a damaged item is sent by mistake or that the item is damaged during transport. In this case, you do not need to return the product. Just send me an email (info@turner-shoes.com) with your order number and attach a clear photo of the damaged product. If I can see from the photo that the product is damaged, I will send you a new product 100% free of charge as soon as possible.

Exchanges and returns are excluded if:

  • The product has been used, washed or damaged.
  • The product(s) is/are defective in its/their original condition and not suitable for resale, unless the defect is our fault.
  • The product(s) are no longer in their original packaging.

If you want to return the product, the shipping costs are at your expense. The shipping costs for the return are non-refundable.
